Live undaunted
Helping people live and thrive as their most genuine and authentic selves
Life
Life can be exceptionally difficult to manage and navigate and sometimes we just need an extra brain at the table to help us figure out what we want, how to get it, and how to keep going after it.
My role as your coach is to help you identify short and long-term goals and then support you in actually attaining them! I am excellent at helping my clients connect with the tools and resources (internal and external) they need to get where they want to be and am proud to help them on that journey. Some things I can offer as a life coach:
Goal identification or clarification
Step-by-step plans that are most likely to help you attain that goal
Accountability for meeting the steps of your plan
Help getting unstuck
ADHD
As a woman with late-diagnosed ADHD, I have a unique understanding of what it can take to function in a world made for neurotypicals. Sometimes, we need someone to sit alongside us as we figure out how to hack our brains and love them for the amazing skills they offer us rather than hate on ourselves for not being ““nOrMaL””. Some things I can offer as a coach for those struggling with ADHD:
Scheduling and time-blocking
Identifying and managing triggers
Validation from lived experience
Body doubling
Organization skills
Executive Functioning Hacks
Polyamory
You might not feel that you need a full therapist or therapy session to help you navigate the world of polyamory but just someone to talk to who can help guide you through the process and validate what you’re experiencing. When my nesting partner and I opened our relationship (mid-pandemic, with a baby, and with 5 years of a monogamous relationship pattern), we felt like we were lighting everything on fire and weren’t sure we were going to come out of it alive. Some things I can offer as coach for those exploring and traversing Polyamory/Ethical Non-monogamy:
Vocabulary help (there’s a lot of terminology!)
Help identifying what you want from poly/ENM
Exploration through books/articles
Contracting (often a way for monogamous couples to feel supported as they open)
Exploring different relationship styles and finding what works for you
