Because you deserve therapy that is affirming, collaborative, and genuinely supportive.

Offering affirming therapy for LGBTQIA+, neurosparkly, and relationship partners across Colorado.

    • You want to talk to someone who gets it (being queer, being poly/enm/ra, being neurospicy)

    • You’re tired of having to explain yourself over and over

    • You’re looking for therapy that feels human, not stiff and scripted

    • You want a space where you can be real, imperfect, and fully accepted

  • I’m a therapist who cares a lot about creating a space that feels safe, affirming, and genuinely welcoming. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ clients, gender-expansive folks, neurodivergent people, and anyone who wants therapy to feel more real and less clinical.

Clients often tell me I’m warm, honest, and easy to talk to. I try to show up in a way that makes it easier for you to show up too.

  • I work with people who are dealing with identity questions, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, trauma, and big life changes. In session, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what’s going on, and figure out what actually feels helpful.

My style pulls from different approaches depending on what you need, including narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, interpersonal processing, person-centered therapy, and internal family systems. Most importantly, I try to keep things collaborative, practical, and tailored to you.

  • You can start with a free consultation so we can see if we’re a good fit. We’ll talk about what’s going on, what you’re hoping for, and whether working together feels right.

There’s no need to have everything figured out before you reach out. We can start with whatever feels most important right now and take it from there.
