Whether you’re looking for therapy, coaching, or supervision, my approach is collaborative, relational, and real.
Services
Therapy
Therapy is a good fit for people who want support with anxiety, depression, identity questions, relationship stress, trauma, life transitions, unpacking family issues, or just feeling more like themselves again.
Sessions are a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and build tools that actually feel useful.
I work with adult individuals and relational partners using a variety of approaches depending on what best fits yours needs.
Coaching
Coaching is a good fit for people who want more structure, accountability, and targeted support around specific goals.
This work can focus on decision-making, confidence, boundaries, communication, or moving through a stuck season.
Coaching tends to be more action-oriented and future-focused, while still leaving room for reflection and self-understanding.
Supervision
Supervision is for LPCCs or MFTCs who want thoughtful, affirming support as they grow as clinicians.
I offer a space to talk through clinical question, ethical dilemmas, identity issues, and the realities of doing meaningful work with others.
My supervision style is supportive, reflective, and practical with attention to both clinical skill and the human side of the work.
