Starting therapy, coaching, or supervision often comes with practical questions about cost, scheduling, and how payment works. My goal is to be as transparent and straightforward as possible so you know what to expect before we meet.


Our time together typically starts with a consult followed by a 50-minute intake session. In the intake, we’ll talk about how frequently it makes sense to work together based on what you are navigating. Typically, I see clients weekly or biweekly to start.

Coaching packages are a good fit for people who want more structure, accountability, and continuity around a specific goal or area of growth. Each package is designed to offer focused support over a defined period of time, while still leaving room for flexibility and collaboration.

Coaching packages are separate from therapy services and are designed for goal-oriented support, skill-building, and structured reflection rather than psychotherapy treatment.

Included:

  • 1 initial 60-minute clarity session

  • 3 follow-up 50-minute coaching sessions

  • Email check-ins between sessions and as agreed

  • Suggested Timeframe: 4 to 6 weeks

A structured coaching option for people who want practical, non-shaming support around executive functioning, routines, overwhelm, and follow-through. The goal is not to make you force yourself into systems that don’t fit—it’s to help you build strategies that actually work for your brain

The Clarity Package is for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start and want a structured space to sort through one specific issue. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way, clarify what you actually want, and build a more grounded plan for moving forward.

This package is for people who want dedicated support around polyamory, ethical non-monogamy, relationship structure, communication, or agreements. It can be a helpful space to untangle what you want, what feels hard, and how to move forward in a way that feels more intentional and aligned

  • 5 follow-up 50-minute coaching sessions

  • Optioanal worksheets or reflection prompts

  • Light between-session email support

  • Suggested timeframe: 6-8 weeks

Insurance

I’m paneled with several insurance plans through a platform called Headway, which helps manage the insurance side of things so I can stay more focused on our work together.

If you’d like to use insurance for therapy sessions, we’ll go through Headway to:

  • Verify your benefits

  • Confirm your copay or coinsurance

  • Handle claims and billing

You’ll still meet with me, but Headway takes care of the insurance details in the background.

Plans I accept through Headway

If your plan isn’t listed, you may still be able to work with me using out-of-network benefits or private pay.

How to get started with insurance

If you’d like to use your insurance:

  1. Let me know on the contact form that you’re interested in using insurance.

  2. I’ll send you a secure link to set up your Headway account and verify your benefits.

  3. Headway will confirm your copay/coinsurance and any deductible information before our first session.

You’ll be able to see your estimated cost per session up front, and you’ll pay your portion directly through Headway.

If you’re unsure about your coverage

If you’re not sure whether I’m in-network with your specific plan, you can:

  • Reach out to your provider and request a cost estimate

  • Use the Headway link I send to check your benefits before scheduling.

You’re also welcome to choose private pay instead of using insurance if that feels better for your situation.



Availability

I offer therapy to clients in Colorado via telehealth and in-person at a shared office space called Humanly.

My general hours of availability are:

  • Monday: 9a - 3p

  • Tuesday: 9a - 4p

  • Wednesday: 9a - 1p

  • Thursday: 9a - 7p

  • Friday: 9a - 12p

  • Sunday: 9a - 12:30p

Hours may shift over time, so the best way to confirm current openings is to contact me directly.
