Individual Therapy

Therapy is a good fit for people who want support with anxiety, depression, identity questions, relationship stress, trauma, life transitions, unpacking family issues, or just feeling more like themselves again.

Sessions are a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and build tools that actually feel useful.

My Clients

I often work with LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent folks, people navigating anxiety or depression, and clients who are dealing with relationship stress, life transitions, trauma, or questions about identity. Some people come in knowing exactly what they want to work on, and others just know something feels off and they want help making sense of it. Both are welcome here.

What to Expect

I offer therapy for people who want a space that feels supportive, affirming, and real. My work is centered on helping you better understand yourself, navigate relationships, and work through the things that have been getting in the way of feeling like yourself.

My style is collaborative and relational. I’m not here to sit back and just nod — I want to be actively present with you, helping you notice patterns, understand your experiences, and figure out what actually feels useful. I draw from a few different approaches depending on what fits best for you, including CBT, DBT, ACT, narrative therapy, interpersonal processing, person-centered therapy, the Gottman Method, and internal family systems.

Therapy with me is meant to feel like a conversation, not a performance. You do not need to have the right words, the right diagnosis, or a perfectly clear goal to start. We can begin wherever you are and work from there.
